Dynamic Supports offers community-based residential homes that provide small, group-style living for four to six individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. These homes create a supportive, family-like environment where individuals with complex medical and personal care needs can thrive outside of institutional settings.

Our ICF/ID residences combine compassionate support with clinical oversight, ensuring individuals receive specialized care while maintaining comfort, dignity, and community connection. Based on individual needs, some homes provide 24-hour nursing support, medication management, and coordinated healthcare services.

Beyond medical care, our teams focus on promoting independence, daily living skills, and meaningful engagement. Individuals are encouraged to participate in household routines, community activities, and personal goal development, fostering confidence and a sense of belonging.
