Dynamic Supports’ Residential Habilitation Services provide structured, community-based living in licensed homes serving four to six individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. These homes are owned or operated by the agency and offer a supportive, family-like environment where individuals receive personalized care and daily assistance.

Residential Habilitation is a blended service that includes habilitation, personal care, nursing coordination, transportation, and other residential supports tailored to each person’s unique needs. Services are guided by the individual’s Individualized Support Plan (ISP) and person-centered goals, ensuring supports reflect what is most important to their life and well-being.

Our teams focus on helping individuals learn new skills while maintaining and strengthening existing abilities. Supports may include self-care, daily living routines, adaptive skill development, leisure participation, community integration, and relationship building.
